I also come across many articles relating to addiction counselling and nature awareness.  

When I feel it's useful and appropriate, I like to republish them here.

This article appeared in the December 2008 issue of Living Woods magazine. 

It describes one of the Nature Awareness games I run for family groups, but I've had stellar results with groups of addicts. I firmly believe it can be used as a therapeutic intervention.
