Certain documents must be in your possession during our courses and events; failure to provide them may result in disqualification from jumping.
All Pathfinder members are required to possess either a self-declaration of fitness to parachute or a doctor’s certificate.
We accept documentation from various parachuting associations.
The British and Dutch documents can be downloaded from the list provided below. For Holland the best option is the Dutch self declaration if you don’t need a medical because they know the form well.
Additionally all members will be required to complete our waiver to be completed handed to Pathfinder administration during a course or events.
If you have attended a course in Holland you should be registered with Skydive Teuge, if you have never jumped at Skydive Teuge please use the link below to register with Skydive Teuge.
All Pathfinder members must be in possession of third party liability insurance that covers parachuting. If you are a sport jumper then your sport association membership might include this.
If you are travelling to Holland from another country, you should also have personal parachute insurance to cover any medical bills and repatriation which can also include travel and accommodation in case of cancellations etc.
PPG members are required to provide proof of insurance for third-party liability, that includes cover for parachuting activities, typically offered by travel insurance providers and parachute associations.
The Parachute Association of Ireland endorses round parachuting and offers a competitively priced annual membership of 45 euros; however, this does not include third party liability insurance.
If you are not a regular skydiver with an annual association membership, we recommend considering joining PAI.
